Real estate transactions in Australia still rely on old-fashioned methods involving paper contracts, cheques, and personal signatures. However, with Australian states and territories mandating electronic conveyancing (e-conveyancing), the industry is now undergoing a transformation into the digital age. This move is set to bring a massive $5.5 trillion-dollar marketplace into the modern era, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency and security for all involved parties.

Brief:

During my tenure at PepperIT, I played a pivotal role in fostering strong client relationships, particularly with Sympli, as they spearheaded the revolutionary transformation of the real estate process in Australia.

In the critical phase when Sympli was still developing its platform, launching the website became imminent for the company's success. The product had a niche market of legal professionals across Australia as its target audience.

My role was to deliver an adaptable and secure website that would bring the Sympli brand to life. Additionally, I was responsible for creating supportive illustrations and social media assets and developing branding guidelines.

Given the absence of in-house marketing expertise at Sympli, I took the lead in driving the company's market presence through a variety of digital outcomes, ensuring a successful introduction of Sympli to its target audience.

Creative:

I was the lead in developing the Sympli website, from concept to completion. I collaborated with key stakeholders and created wireframes and visual mockups, incorporating banners, icons, and logos.

Additional illustrations were added to enhance key information and brand alignment. Working with a contract developer, I transformed the sketches inao a fully functional website, ensuring both essential and future needs were met.

Regular meetings with Sympli stakeholders ensured timely progress and successful design implementation.
