Carter Jonas is a UK-based property consultancy firm that offers a wide range of services related to residential and commercial property, with a history dating back to 1855.

As a member of the Graphics & Marketing Team, my responsibilities encompassed a diverse range of print and web tasks. The examples below offer a glimpse into the various projects I have undertaken and successfully completed.

Creative:

The brand:
The brand underwent a significant refresh, resulting in over 200 items transitioning from the old to the new. This extensive project involved pitching changes to division leaders and stakeholders and developing internal communications and direct mailers. Additionally, I played a key role in implementing print and digital campaigns, creating local and national press advertisements, and designing digital advertising tailored for tablets, mobile, and web platforms.

Acquisitions:
During my 2+ years at CJ we experienced multiple company acquisitions. Thi resulted in creating dual branding for several businesses to be seamlessly integrated with the CJ branding during the merge and takeover process. Depending on the contractual agreements, this transition period could span three months to one year. Moreover, I also navigated the challenge of employing distinct branding styles, considering division-specific and industry-specific restrictions.

Advertising:
I created diverse advertisements in various custom sizes and templates for digital and print media, featuring in publications like Farmers Weekly, Cambridge Business Weekly, The Sunday Times, and The Telegraph.

I re-designed editorial layouts, like "Living @," to create a lifestyle feel. Additionally, I developed an engaging and versatile template, offering more freedom for copy, design, and imagery to suit each advert while maintaining a consistent brand look and feel.

Campaigns:
The "In our nature campaign" was crafted to establish a strong connection between CJ and nature, drawing inspiration from the (wisdom of the owl, the reach of a giraffe, and the loyalty of a dog). The campaign encompassed a wide range of marketing materials, including postal mailers, full-page advertisements in newspapers and magazines, window cards, email footers, online banners, and app advertising.

The design strategically emphasized keywords with added weight to ensure clear and powerful message delivery.

Signage:
Window vinyl was designed to assist with a store relocation.

Printed material:
Apart from advertisements in a wide range of newspapers and magazines across the UK, on the behslf of CJ I also created numerous reports, white papers, event flyers, and invitations tailored for customers and industry professionals interested in our offerings. These materials incorporated infographics, graphs, tables, and photography, all uniquely crafted to suit the events' purposes.

Social media:
To strengthen the digital communication of the business, the implementation of individual Twitter accounts for each office was encouraged. This strategy aimed to enhance engagement with customers, local events, and businesses, effectively bolstering our brand presence. I was nominated taking take the lead based on my motivation and current knowledge as the lead for the Winchester office. I collaborated with a team member from each division, convening weekly meetings to strategize content, boost sales, and promote events. Our efforts resulted in the Winchester account becoming a flagship account, exceeding expectations in engagement and reach, despite its regional audience..
